If you can have a talk with her and explain that you have obligations to fulfill and things to do that do not allow you to give her instantaneous replies or actions to her requests. Tell her that not sending something at her beckon call does not have anything to do with being true or fake and that sending text after text after call after call is completely unnecessary because one or two is enough for you to know the point she is trying to get across. If you choose, tell her that you would still like to be friends, but she needs to understand that you will not be able to always get to her right away.
