Help please confused n need help.. no negativity thanks in advance?

hi u guys I need help wit this I received the depo provera shot on march 9th n was suppose to get the nxt dose on was suppose to get the nxt dose on may25th but didn't... my cycle came on may 19th n ended on thr 30th sort if its tmi but since then I have been havin a light brown discharge n now I'm cramping n started a lighly bleeding as if my cycle is.coming... Ive been working out everyday before the brown discharge started but I'm wondering if the brown discharge was a sign tht the shot was wearing off n if this bleedin I'm experiencing is my body returning to normal since I only got one dose and had cycles the whole time I was on the shot... I'm hoping someone can help thanks in advance
