How long after depo can I get preggo?

took only one dose of depo n I had menstrual cycles the whole time I was on the shot... I've worked out everyday on it because I wanted to sweat it out I.read on the internet tht sweating helps get it out ur system well I got the shot on march 8 n was suppose to get the next one on may 25 but missed it... do any one know how long it takes for.depo to leave ur system n ur hormones return to normal so I can ttc or wht I.can do to get depo out my system no negativity really need help thanks in advance
