How can i get emancipated if my mom won't let me get a job or leave home?

Well someone told me that i should get emancipated considering my life at home. I know to do that i have to live on my own & have a job. My mom won't let me do either but she doesn't want to help me. I'm 16 & pregnant. My mom hates my boyfriend so he can't come around & help me out either. I can only think of getting emancipated but that isn't possible if i don't have a job & i'm not living here. Can anybody lead me in the right direction. I don't need negativity life is kicking my a** already & i don't anyone adding onto that.
