What is a cord like this?

I need a cord that has a 3.5mm jack receptor as in a cylindrical hole that you can put a 3.5mm jack into, and the other end a left and right (Red and White) audio cable receptor, as in 2 cylindrical holes that a red and white audio cables could be plugged into to.
