What have been the pros and cons of Obama's term as President?

I'm always hearing so many negative things about Obamas role as a presidency, but with politics, its always one way or another. Its hard not to get a biased answer. I understand not everyone agrees with things that he has done. But I hear so much negativity about the guy, what has he done to help or weaken this great nation of ours?
